Meeting Rooms
We offer a choice of three different sized, fully equipped meeting rooms, available for hire.

If the hours you wish to book do not run as above, you will be charged the hourly rate.
- Included in the cost of all meeting rooms are pens, pencils, note pads, O/H projector, flip chart and a whiteboard
- TV and Video are available for hire at £10 per day
- LCD projector is available at £15 per ½ day or £25 per day
- Refreshments
- The rooms are all available during office hours only and should be booked via the reception at Hampden House on 01865 893200
- We will require 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Any booking cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will attract a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations for Monday meetings must be received by 12.00 noon the previous Friday
